IMPORTANT: Due to the high volume of orders, we can not be tracking everyone’s information. We are NOT responsible for your order after it leaves our warehouse. Please make sure you track your package as soon as we send out your tracking information. Lost or stolen packages are NOT covered by our warehouse. However, we will do our part in helping you follow a case with USPS or UPS 
All damaged/missing or wrong items must be reported to us within 4 days of receiving your package. Keep in mind, that items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacements of any kind.
